Created for the restaurants in the Hôtel Amour & Grand Amour, this carafe was designed to hold 1 1/2 liters which is more than a bottle of wine in order for it to breathe. It was also designed with a wide lip so the servers can carry multiple carafes between their fingers. Talk about efficiency!
