HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All online purchases made from 11/28-12/25 are eligible for exchange or store credit through 1/07/25, with the exception of final sale items. Proof of purchase must be provided. You can request a return below:
All merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags and packaging attached. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box.
Items must be shipped to the shop within 5 days of the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items that qualified for free shipping, the original cost of shipping will also be deducted from the refund.
Reliquary does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Items sent to us without prior approval or communication will not be accepted and be sent back at the customers expense.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
All in-store purchases made from 11/28-12/25 are eligible for store credit through 1/07/25, with the exception of final sale items. We do not provide refunds for in store purchases. Proof of purchase must be provided. All merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags and packaging attached.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE + NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
-Books & Magazines, Fragrance & Apothecary items , Pantry items, Vintage & Found items, Swimwear and Lingerie.
-Any merchandise which has been altered in any way (ie ring sizing, pants hemming, etc.).
-Any merchandise purchase at a discount including sale items or items purchase with a discount code
-Gift Cards
-All purchases made using ShopPay Installments
