*Any merchandise purchased at a discount. Sale items and items purchased with a discount code (including the 'WELCOME' code used on first orders) are FINAL SALE
*All purchases made using ShopPay Installments are FINAL SALE
*Books + Magazines, Fragrance + Apothecary items, Pantry items, Vintage + Found items, Swimwear + Lingerie are FINAL SALE
*Any merchandise which has been altered in any way (i.e. ring sizing, pants hemming, etc.) are FINAL SALE

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
*Take a moment to review our FINAL SALE list above to confirm your items are eligible. Please note that any merchandise purchased at a discount like sale items or items purchased with a discount code (including the 'WELCOME' code used on first orders) are FINAL SALE, as are orders purchased using ShopPay Installments.
We accept returns of eligible items (see the above FINAL SALE policies) in online orders initiated within 7 days of order delivery date for a refund. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Please reach out to customerservice@reliquarysf.com to initiate a return.
All merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags and packaging attached. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box.
Items must be shipped to the shop within 5 days of the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items that qualified for free shipping, the original cost of shipping will also be deducted from the refund.
Reliquary does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Items sent to us without prior approval or communication will not be accepted and be sent back at the customers expense.

We do not offer refunds for in store purchases. Eligible merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags attached.
