IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for eligible items brought back to the shop within 7 days of purchase date for a store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds for in store purchases. Eligible merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags attached.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for eligible online orders initiated within 7 days of order delivery for a refund. All returns must be initiated on our RETURNS PORTAL. Items sent to us without prior approval or communication will not be accepted and be sent back at the customers expense. Once approved for return, the returned merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags and packaging attached. Items must be shipped to the shop within 5 days of the return authorization. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Reliquary does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

We do not assume responsibility of packages damaged in transit. If your package arrives to you damaged we are happy to guide you through the claim process and work with you to find the best resolution, be it a replacement or reimbursement from the delivery company.
If your package arrives to you damaged, here is what to do:
-Take pictures to document the condition of the outside of the package, inside packaging and damage from when it arrived, & hang on to all packaging material and packing slips until we come up with a plan of action.
-Email us within 48hr of delivery with a description of damage and send photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org
