Gift cards may be used in-store and on-line and never expire. Gift cards are final sale and non returnable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or exceptions shall be granted. All international duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.  For more on international order please see our SHIPPING page.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Reliquary does not offer price adjustments of any kind

TAX

Sales tax is charged on all orders at the local tax rate.

VINTAGE

All vintage items are sold in AS IS condition and are FINAL SALE.

JEWELRY SIZING

Rings that are eligible for resizing can be sized up or down one full size.

Ring sizing is available for a fee of $50-$150 depending on the complexity. This fee will be charged separately after your initial purchase but before shipping the item to you. Sizing can take up to 15 business days. Not all rings can be sized, please reach out to use prior to purchase to inquire.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Reliquary reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again with the correct information.

Reliquary does not guarantee the availability of any item listed on reliquarysf.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available Reliquary will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Please further note that Reliquary shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Reliquary will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
