Due to Covid-19, we have modified our shipping days to ensure the safety and cleanliness for our staff and your orders. We are shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only. Therefore there are only slight delays in shipping at the moment. Thank you for your continued support during this time.
We are currently offering free local pickup at our Hayes Valley shop Tuesday - Saturday from 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
Please select the "PICK UP" option at checkout to avoid any extra shipping fees. (*Please note that by using express checkout methods such as Google Pay, Apply Pay or Shop Pay, this option is bypassed. You must select "continue as a guest" to be directed to the appropriate page to select the PICK UP option).
We ask that you email us after placing your order to let us know an approximate day time you will be coming to pick up your item.
You may also call to place phone orders and to talk to a real live human during shop hours.
We ship using the United States Postal Service.
Orders may take up to three business days to be shipped and for tracking to be updated. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Rates are calculated at time of checkout. Reliquary is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrance can not be shipped internationally. Please note that all international orders are Final Sale.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns for eligible online orders initiated within 7 days of order delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. The returned merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Items must be delivered to the shop within 7 days of return authorization. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, books, home fragrance, personal fragrance, personal care, vintage or apothecary items purchased online. All rings which have been sized are final sale.
All sale items and items purchased with a coupon code are final sale.
All items purchased using Afterpay are final sale.
All international shipments are final sale.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Reliquary does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Reliquary.
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

Gift cards may be used in-store and on-line, never expire and are available in any amount!
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.
All vintage items are sold in AS IS condition and are FINAL SALE.
All rings that are eligible for resizing can be sized up or down one full size.
Ring sizing is available for a fee of $50. Sizing can take up to 15 business days.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Reliquary reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again with the correct information.
Reliquary does not guarantee the availability of any item listed on reliquarysf.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available Reliquary will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.
Please note that upon placing an order a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Please further note that Reliquary shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Reliquary will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
