SHOP HOURS

We are open for business at our 544 Hayes Street Shop during the following hours:

Sunday - Thursday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm

All sale items, meaning items marked down or items included in a promotional sale, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Reliquary does not offer price adjustments of any kind

All items purchased using a promotional code, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or exceptions shall be granted. All international duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be used in-store and on-line and never expire! Gift cards are final sale and non returnable.

SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS

All items purchased using payment installments are final sale, no exceptions.

MISSING PACKAGES

Once tracking is confirmed we do not assume responsibility for lost or missing packages. Filing lost or missing package claims will be the responsibility of the customer, however we are happy to assist you through the process.

DAMAGES

We take great pride in packing our orders well and with care and do not assume responsibility of damages in transit. However we are happy to hold your hand through the claim process and work with you to find the best resolution, be it a replacement or reimbursement from the delivery company.
If your package arrives to you damaged, here is what to do:
-Take pictures to document the condition of the outside of the package, inside packaging and damage from when it arrived, & hang on to all packaging material and packing slips until we come up with a plan of action.
-Email us right away with a description and all the photos of the damage at customerservice@reliquarysf.com.

TAX

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.

VINTAGE

All vintage items are sold in AS IS condition and are FINAL SALE.

JEWELRY SIZING

All rings that are eligible for resizing can be sized up or down one full size.

Ring sizing is available for a fee of $50-$150 depending on difficulty. This fee will be charged separately after your initial purchase but before shipping the item to you. Sizing can take up to 15 business days. Not all rings can be sized, please reach out to use prior to purchase to inquire.

This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Please further note that Reliquary shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Reliquary will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
