Featuring the designer’s signature concave detail to the interior of the band, a beautiful tapered shape to give the prongs a little extra dimension and weight, artfully rounded tips to help prevent snagging on clothing and with the stone set as low as possible to make the ring completely practical.

Silver + Gold: We always recommend jewelry be removed before swimming, showering and sleeping or doing tasks that would expose the item to significant wear (gardening, heavy exercise, etc.). To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth and use mild soap with warm water for a deeper clean—Dry thoroughly. Avoid exposure to perfume, lotions, household chemicals and extreme heat (blow dryers etc.).

Opals, lapis, emeralds, pearls, and turquoise: Porous gemstones require gentle cleaning methods due to their delicate nature. Gently wipe them with a moist, soft cloth, then dry thoroughly. Avoid water or prolonged exposure to sunlight or extreme temperatures from blow dryers etc., as these can cause damage. Avoid using harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or steam cleaners, which can damage or discolor these stones.

Ursa Major | Ursa Major jewelry was started in NYC by designer, Kate Jones, in 2009. Currently based between Maine and New York, all jewelry is handmade in house using only recycled metals, reclaimed diamonds, and domestically sourced inlay materials whenever possible.
