Twelve held numerous significances in ancient history: from the twelve Olympians of the Greek pantheon to the deodecapoles, confederations of twelve cities, to the Roman Twelve Tables, laws written 2,500 years ago that have influence to this day. While the Tables were inscribed in bronze, with this delicate Ode Ring Prounis opted instead for our signature gold.

Prounis | Prounis was launched in 2017 by Jean Prounis. Heavily influenced by her grandparents and their iconic 1930s Manhattan hotspot the Versailles Club, each piece in the collection is crafted in a lush, 22 karat gold and uses ancient gold-smithing techniques. The result is a collection of treasured pieces reminiscent of Greco-Roman antiquities. Each piece is handmade in New York.
