The light these last few weeks has us ready for Fall, and we're getting into the Halloween spirit. Although it’s not specifically Halloweeny, nothing gets us feeling spooky quite like the magical collaboration between jazz singer Cab Calloway and illustrator Roland C. Crandall in Betty Boop's Snow White (1933!!!).

In this episode, Crandall uses a rotoscope to capture Calloway’s signature moves and dulcet vocals, animating a ghostly version of Koko the Clown who performs Calloway’s "Saint James Infirmary Blues."

There is so much to love here. If this doesn’t get you in the mood, we don’t know what will. Watch it now and prepare to be transfixed.
