Wonder Valley is the brainchild of husband and wife team, Alison and Jay Carroll. Based out of Joshua Tree, California, Jay is an artist and creative director, and Alison is a chef and Olive Oil expert. The couple moved out of the big city and to the desert to live a more simple life and created an Olive Oil brand to accomplish this new lifestyle. Focusing on simplicity, functionality, quality materials, and a healthy dose of style and humor.
