Saba jams are handmade the old fashioned way, 10-20 jars in heirloom copper pots, using only seasonal, almost always local, and mostly organic fruits; the low sugar content and short cooking time make for a luscious fruit preserve that you taste the fruits first at the peak of their flavor. Saba's preserves are seasonal and flavors change frequently.

An Iranian-American immigrant, and award-winning jam maker, Saba, is based in the Pacific Coast of California, where she works closely with local farmers to make her jams and teaches ceramics. In a past life she was a chemical engineer, sequencing DNA and managing global teams!
